First Athletes Sports Training is looking for a high energy, motivated Lead Children’s Sports Coach. The Coach will help Make a difference, have fun and get paid while doing it! Coaches will be working with children ages 2-6 years old.
Job Duties:
- Coach/Instruct Soccer/T-ball Baseball classes
- Help Take attendance each class
- Interact with parents answering any questions they may have about classes/program
- Implement coaching strategies/games/activities
- Make sure kids are engaged/entertained and smiling during class
Schedule:
Must be able to work Saturday AND Sunday Mornings from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Schedule varies based on class registrations and instructor availability. DO NOT apply if you are looking for a full time position. We are looking for a consistent candidate. This position is YEAR ROUND, not temporary.
Candidates MUST have the following:
- Experience with children
- Reliable transportation
- LOTS of Enthusiasm
- Loud enough voice to project in a gym/sports class setting
- Willing to act silly and goofy in front of children and parents
- Classroom Management Skills
- Sports experience or knowledge of Soccer and Baseball
- Be able to pass a background check
