  • How do I register?
    Go to the weekly class location section click on your preferred location. Click on the red box to be brought directly to our on-line registration. You may also register via phone by calling the office 904-572-3315

  • ​What Do I need to bring to Class?
    First Athletes Sports Training provides all sports equipment your child will need for class. You do not have to purchase or bring anything to class. A drink is suggested as we do take a water break or 2 during class.

  • How long is the class?
    Classes run for approximately 50 minutes. 

  • ​What should my child wear?
    Play clothes and sneakers are preferred for class. You do not need any special shoes, shirts or pants. 
  • Can I drop my child off?
    Our program is NOT a drop off program. Parents/caregivers must stay on the premises during the class.
  • What if the class I want is sold out?
    If the class you are registering for is sold out you will be placed on a waiting list. If you are placed on a waiting list your credit/debit card was NOT charged. If a spot becomes available we will contact you to let you know. At that time you may join the session if you wish. 
  • My child has a birthday during the session which group should I register for?
    Our preference is that you register for the class age your child is at the START of the session. If you would like your child to be signed up with the older class, please contact the office first or ask "coach" if you are already in the session. At that time we can asses the child and class.
